Cabo San Lucas

Our Honeymoon was in Cabo San Lucas. We had an all-inclusive ocean front room for 6 days. No matter what time of day it was we could get food, drinks or even...dessert. We lounged by the pool, played volleyball, went into town to shop, zip lined and watched all of the cheesy but fun shows.

Alamo Reception

On June 19th we had a reception in Alamo. It was completely different from our wedding. The colors were teal, purple, red and bright white. The setting was at Windmill Restaurant and it was soooo windy. It was a disaster to being with because of the wind but it turned out to be a lot of fun. I did all of the centerpieces and my hair and make up! Yay!

We bought a New Couch

On July 5th we both had the day off so we decided to go see what RC Willey had. We didn't think we would be able to afford anything but guess what...WE WERE! We bought a sectional couch that we changed the color from Red to Cream for only 649.00 brand new. We couldn't believe it. It get's delivered on July 17th.

Fourth of July

First - HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM! Today was my mom's birthday and I didn't get to spend it with her but I did send some beautiful flowers up to Logan for her. Our 4th didn't involve Alamo this year and I think it was great. We went to the Summerlin Parade which was fun minus the fact they can't throw candy...that was disappointing. Then we went to Egg Works for breakfast followed by some fun at the Mikalishen Pool. We had a huge water fight, girls against boys. I grabbed the water hose and the men eventually raised there white flag. Wes and I thought we would not get to see fireworks but it turns out the big dirt lot we have next to the house was full of people shooting off fireworks. So we got to see a few which was awesome because we didn't leave the house.
