Gymnastics Christmas Party

We had the Gymnastics Christmas Party on the 11th. Santa Claus came for a visit... He was a little weird but the kids loved him. We had fun with a few games and the girls all brought gifts for the less fortunate kids.

Indianapolis

We headed to Indianapolis again with all of the Baileys. We had so much fun at the game (it went by really fast). Then that night we went to a TV station where we met Antoine Bethea. Our friends were great they picked us up and took us everywhere...we love Indianapolis!

Hockey

Wes company has a box seats at the Orleans so we can go to the Hockey games whenever we want. So we decided to take my boss from the Gym. They have never been to a hockey game so it was a fun experience for them. I think they enjoyed it I know that I did! :D

Wes Birthday

Wes an I kept the birthdays low key this year. We wanted to hang out with each other since Wes has been having such a hectic schedule. So we went and saw RED at the Red Rock Casino and then played some Star Trek poker games while we waited for our table at Cabo Mexican Grill. Having low key birthdays were perfect for us this year.

4Wall Industry Party

Wes and I went to his company's industry party on the 23rd of October, which is also the day we celebrated being together for FIVE years. Wes worked the room while I did a round and then found Jen Cannon and just stood there since my heels were killing me. The party was rockin till late in the night and I had a lot of compliments on my dress. You would be proud of me, I didn't buy a new dress I recycled the dress from my wedding shower.

Hawaii

Mom and I went to Hawaii and we were able to do a lot of great things. We were able to see the sunset, drive around O'ahu, Shop (yay!) and attend a Luau. The Luau was a lot of fun even though it started to rain. The trip was short but it was still fun while we were there. Can't wait to take Wes to show him the Island.

UFL Loco Football

Wes and I went to the UFL Loco's Football Game. We watched the Loco's lose to Florida but we also got to see Sugar Ray during halftime. Sadly Sugar Ray wasn't as great as they were back in 1991, Aerosmith they are not. It was fun though, we cheered and watched Dominic Rhodes score touchdowns. Dominic Rhodes was the running back in the Superbowl the year the Colts won...so Wes was excited.

Football Sunday

It's that time again...Colts football! Even though they lost the first game they will bounce back and we will continue to put the flag out!!!

Boating

Weekend after Labor Day we went boating with my friend Marc. I was able to get up on the wake board and have fun tubing with Wes and Marc's kids Courtney and Chase. The weather was perfect and we got great tans!

Utah Visit

Wes and I took ourselves up to Logan over Labor Day weekend. It was an early plane ride but we made it into town around noon. We stayed at the brand new Marriott which was very nice. We met up with my family at the Cache Valley Fun Park where we suprised Sheila. She didn't know we were coming and she had a huge grin when she came running up to us and giving us big hugs. It was a lot of fun we had dinner and gave the little ones their gifts. The next day Sheila came over to our hotel to swim. We had to leave after that but overall it was a great trip.

Fantasy Draft Night

We have a fantasy football draft every year. Even though I have a huge curse when I drafdt Wes seems to always fair well throughout the season. This year was fun we had only close friends as part of our league and we drafted together on the kitchen table because I have a laptop now. Wes first pick was Peyton Manning which shouldn't be a huge surprise there lol... It's going to be a fun season and I can't wait!

Orange-Honey Chicken Night

Wes and I have decided that we are going to start cooking a new recipe together on the weekends. This week we started with a Orange Honey Chicken. We used Garlic, Honey, Orange Juice, Orange Rinds, Ginger and Basil which are things we never cook with. The verdict came out good, Wes liked it which is what I am worried about when we cook because he is so picky. Next week we will be in Logan but I think were going to try a Moroccan Strip Steak on Monday.

Wes can cook!!!

If anyone needed any proof that Wes can cook....Well look at what I came home to on Thursday night. It's true he did this all while I was at gymnastics. It makes me happy that I can now rest easy knowing he can at least have eggs all day ;-)!!! Too bad this doesn't get me out of cooking for him lol.

C-H-E-E-R

I had the privilege to host a cheer camp for the Alamo Panthers. It was a lot of fun and I'm very excited for the girls this year. They learned two dances that I choreographed, new stunts and 10 new cheers. It was a whirlwind two days but after icing my bruises and watching the tape over again I can see that it was all worth it.

Mt. Charleston

Wes and I went to Mt. Charleston over this past weekend. We wanted to get away from the 110 degree weather and since it was only a twenty minute drive we thought why not. We found a cute little picnic area and had lunch then we went exploring...sort of we were wearing flip flops so we didn't over take any mountains but we had fun.

Wedding

Our wedding day was such a whirlwind. Everyone is 100% correct when they say it flys by. The pictures can tell a story for themselves but I just know that I married my best friend and we are so happy.

Cabo San Lucas

Our Honeymoon was in Cabo San Lucas. We had an all-inclusive ocean front room for 6 days. No matter what time of day it was we could get food, drinks or even...dessert. We lounged by the pool, played volleyball, went into town to shop, zip lined and watched all of the cheesy but fun shows.
